L&T Realty Launches Ahana in Malad West
L&T Realty entered the western suburbs of Mumbai with the launch of a residential development named Ahana in Malad. The site is situated on the Western Express Highway in proximity to the Kurar Metro station. The formal launch occurred in June 2026 and marks the developer's first standalone residential venture into this corridor of the city.
Project Scale and Initial Release
The project features 554 residences comprising two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom configurations. The real estate firm is executing an initial launch of 258 residences from the total inventory.
The carpet areas for these initial units range from 845 square feet to 2,080 square feet. Based on third-party project documentation, the 2-bedroom units measure 845 sq ft, three-bedroom units span from 1,082 to 1,413 sq ft, and four-bedroom units range from 1,912 to 2,100 sq ft.
Location and Connectivity
This positioning provides transport links to commercial business districts including Goregaon, Andheri, and the Bandra-Kurla Complex. The Malad West metro station was inaugurated on 19 January 2023, placing the project within reach of the Yellow Line 2A of the Mumbai Metro network. The Western Express Highway frontage offers direct access to major city corridors and regional transit options.
Design and Amenities
Every home incorporates balconies, façade openings, and layouts to maximize natural light and ventilation. The development integrates contemporary amenities distributed across three individual levels.
