L&T Realty launches Elara Celestia in Yelahanka

L&T Realty launched Elara Celestia, the fourth phase of its Bengaluru development, in March 2025. The residential apartment project is located on Bellary Road (NH-44) in Byatarayanapura, Yelahanka. In its FY2024–25 report, the developer said 148 of the project’s 634 homes had been booked by March 31, 2025, with an agreement value of ₹648 crore.

The project is registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority under RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/100325/007564. Spread across approximately 10 acres, it comprises three residential towers, each with two basement levels, a ground floor and 13 residential floors. L&T Realty’s project information gives RERA carpet areas for three principal configurations: 3 BHK Small homes range from 1,002 to 1,052 sq ft; 3 BHK Large homes range from 1,329 to 1,468 sq ft; and 4 BHK homes range from 1,838 to 2,108 sq ft. Property listings give corresponding super built-up area ranges of 1,503–1,578 sq ft, 1,994–2,202 sq ft and 2,757–3,162 sq ft. Marketing material also features 4 BHK and 5 BHK duplexes.

Portal listings put the indicative price range for the listed configurations at approximately ₹2.79 crore to ₹5.89 crore. Examples include a 3 BHK Small at ₹2.79 crore for 1,503 sq ft, a 3 BHK Large listed around ₹3.71–3.72 crore, and 4 BHK homes listed from ₹5.05 crore to about ₹5.89 crore, depending on area and listing.
