L&T Realty Enters Gurugram with 20-Acre New Gurugram Development

In April 2026, L&T Realty Properties Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, announced the acquisition of 100% of International Green Scapes Ltd., giving it access to approximately 20 acres of land in Gurugram with development potential of around 3.6 million sq. ft. The acquisition marks L&T Realty Properties Ltd.'s first land acquisition in the NCR micro-market.
