This is L&T Realty's first land acquisition in the NCR micro-market, marking the builder's debut luxury residential project in Gurgaon.

The project is in its pre-launch phase. The project is expected to offer 3 BHK and 4 BHK high-rise residences. Exact configurations will be announced at launch.

The project enjoys seamless connectivity to three major arterial routes - Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, and Southern Peripheral Road - ensuring smooth access to Delhi, IGI Airport, and key business districts of Gurgaon.
